Kiyah-Splashhies, we have a tougher new training program lined up for you this season. If the only cardio you did off-season was shopping the Great Singapore Sale *tsk tsk*, you have about a week left to get your fat-fold checked.

Be at Kallang Water Sports Centre by 0900 hrs SHARP, in your trainers and running gear. For those who are sustaining any leg injury, please be ready by 0945 hrs in your wet attire. There will not be much hold-up time for any latecomers, so please be early!

p.s. We have a special arrangement for late comers every week, and I’m afraid you guys must comply. :D
